Dear Prayer Partners:
Today I read a quote that said, “There is always something to be thankful for”. I really do believe that there is always something to be thanking God for. As our Canadian Thanksgiving is upon us this weekend, I am thanking God that I get to spend it with the people who mean the most to me in the world, Darin and our three children. This is our first Thanksgiving Dinner together in 9 years and even though I am a pescatarian, I plan on making the best turkey dinner that I can!
God is so good! And I am so very grateful for the blessing of family, friends and food!
I am also very thankful for what He is doing in my beloved adopted land of Haiti and the work that Loving the Least of These Ministries International continues to do in the country among abandoned and orphaned children. I trust that you will enjoy reading the latest in this month’s newsletter on our outreach ministry among the street boys of Port au Prince. I hope that you will join us in thanking God for our children in the House of Hope who are growing in their love for Him.
Good things are happening because we have a good God!
Darin and I want to take a moment to wish each of our Canadian friends (and next month it will be our American ones) a very, blessed and happy Thanksgiving. Thank you, again, for your prayers and support. We treasure each of you dearly.
