Rev. and Mrs. Dwight Rich have served the Church of the Nazarene as Career Assignment missionaries since February, 1984, They live in Quito, Ecuador. Dwight grew up in Haiti as a missionary kid and Carolyn was raised in Neodesha, Kansas. Both are graduates of MidAmerica Nazarene University. Dwight is also a graduate of Nazarene Theological Seminary in Kansas City, Missouri. Dwight is the Field Strategy Coordinator for the South American North Andean Field that comprises the countries of Ecuador, Colombia, and Venezuela. Carolyn serves as nurse for the South American Nazarene Theological Seminary in Quito, Ecuador. She supervises the student food service, and she also coordinates the Nazarene Compassionate Ministries' Child Sponsorship Program for the field. The Riches have two children. Bryan, age 26, works for Global Mission Communications. He is married to Jennifer Blair. Stefanie, age 24, works for the Child Sponsorship program at the Global Ministry Center in Lenexa, KS. |
